Were working in partnership with our client to look for aSpare Parts Team Leaderto oversee their busy Livingston operation, supporting customers acrossSouth & Western Europe, the Middle East and North Africa.
In this role, youll combinetechnical knowledge, leadership skills, and commercial acumento ensure the Spare Parts team delivers excellent customer service, meets sales targets, and operates efficiently.
What youll be doing:
* Leading and supporting the Spare Parts Co-ordinator team, setting priorities and monitoring performance
* Managing the full spare parts order cycle- from enquiries and quotations to invoicing and delivery
* Building strongcustomer relationships, generating leads, and ensuring we exceed sales targets
* Reviewing and approvingcomplex quotationsand assisting withtechnical parts identification
* Collaborating with Engineering, Operations, and Finance teamsto resolve queries and improve processes
* Monitoring KPIs, reporting on team performance, and identifying opportunities toincrease revenue
