As one of the top-rated surgeries in South Oxfordshire, according to the 2023 national GP survey, we are committed to providing compassionate and high-quality care to our patients, while also prioritising the well-being of our staff.

We welcome informal visits and look forward to meeting you.
Main duties of the job
Clinically, your focus will be on delivering evidence-based practice to patients with long-term conditions, acute exacerbations, and minor injuries/illnesses.
As an autonomous practitioner, you will be responsible for the care delivered, and will need to demonstrate critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills.
You will conduct both face-to-face and telephone triage appointments and work dynamically and collaboratively to meet the patients' daily needs.
In addition to these core responsibilities, you will be responsible for implementing policies and procedures, as well as providing some leadership and mentoring for the nursing team.
We also encourage professional development and can offer internal and external education to help you explore your specialist interest.
