Position:
An opportunity has arisen for a permanent Clinical Nurse Manager for the delivery of Gynaecology Services at Women and Children Services.
What you will do:
This role includes acting regularly as Women and Children’s Page Holder, Bed Manager, Fire Warden, and Out of Hours Duty Manager.
As an experienced Registered Nurse, you will have a passion for Women’s Health and thrive in a dynamic environment where your clinical leadership and visibility can make a difference.
As Clinical Nurse Manager within our services, you will lead and support teams of nurses in providing high-quality care to women undergoing a range of gynaecological procedures and treatments.

Knowledge, training, and/or experience required to do the job:
Working within a multidisciplinary team, the successful candidate will contribute to service development while ensuring clinical excellence in keeping with best practices.
* Registered Nurse with appropriate managerial experience.
* Leadership skills with proven ability to work across professional boundaries.
