Job Title: People Advisor

Job Type: Full time/permanent - Hybrid
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Duties include:
* Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to employees and managers on employee relations, performance management, policies and procedures.
* Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interviews and onboarding.
* Support learning and development initiatives, including induction programs, internal training and career development conversations.
* Maintain HR systems and accurate employee records; produce routine people metrics and reports to inform decision-making.
* Contribute to culture and engagement activities, recognition programs, and initiatives that promote diversity, equity and inclusion.
* Assist with change management activities, workforce planning and internal communications during organisational changes.
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies while maintaining confidentiality and professional integrity.
Skills/Experience required:
* Min 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and Best Practice
* A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences
* Able to build relationships to influence and advise at all levels
* Able to work with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
* Ideally CIPD Level 3 / 5 Qualified
