Location: Glasgow (hybrid)
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000
Overview
A leading multi-national environmental & engineering consultancy is seeking a highly motivated Acoustic Technician to join their expanding team in Glasgow on a hybrid basis. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality technical work, visit sites across the UK to undertake noise surveys and contribute to acoustic modelling duties using CadnaA.
Job Responsibilities:
Undertake site visits across Scotland & England (when required) to complete noise surveys.
Conduct noise monitoring, modelling (using software such as CadnaA ), for various projects, including industrial, commercial, and infrastructure developments.
Prepare detailed technical reports and deliver recommendations to clients on noise control strategies and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.Candidate Requirements:
2+ years experience in Acoustic Consultancy / working as an Acoustic Technician
A degree in Acoustics, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in environmental acoustics.
Expertise in using acoustic modelling software such as CadnaA, or similar.
A full UK driving licence, as travel to client sites will be required.What’s On Offer:
