My client is a large organisation looking for a HR Assistant to support multiple functions based in Lichfield.
Job Description
* Supporting the HR department in collating hours for payroll and looking at discrepencies
* Assisting with recruitment and onboarding of new employees
* Maintaining employee records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
* Providing support on HR-related queries
* Assisting with the administration of employee benefits
* Participating in HR projects and initiatives
* Ensuring compliance with HR processes and procedures
* Supporting the development of HR policies and procedures
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Assistant should have:
* Experience working as a HR Assistant
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
* Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
* Has supported with collating hours for payroll team before
* Can commute to Lichfield
