We are looking to cover 32 hours per week on a fixed-term contract (12 months). You will be required to work Monday to Sunday.
Rate of pay: £13.61 per hour.
Role Overview
As a Supervisor, you’ll oversee the running of the busy sales floor, motivate and coach your team of sales assistants to unlock their full sales potential and ensure our customers enjoy a personalised, meaningful shopping experience. You’ll champion Pandora’s brand values of Dream, Dare, Care, and Deliver and take ownership of daily store operations. You will be a leader, setting the store’s KPIs and sales targets.
What You’ll Do
Sales floor:
* Hold daily team briefs, sharing store’s KPIs and motivating the team to beat these.
* Drive exceptional service through role‑modeling our selling ceremony and deliver on KPIs.
* Perform store walks; understand the importance of commerciality and how this shapes the visual merchandising in store.
* Monitor sales performance and take actions to support team success.
* Handle serious complaints that have been escalated with professionalism and care.
Personal sales:
* Build the bond between our brand and our customer, answering queries, providing exemplary service and adapting your approach depending on individuals’ personalities and needs.
* Use deep product knowledge and passion for storytelling to create unforgettable experiences and inspire love for Pandora’s sustainability, design, and craftsmanship.
* Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets using effective selling skills; focusing on up‑selling, UPT, ATV, conversion and productivity.
Store operations:
* Act as key holder for the store and ensure the opening/closure procedures are carried out.
* Cashing up and reconciling the till systems.
* Assist the store management with administrative duties including recruitment and conducting investigations and disciplinary hearings if required.
* Assist with product and POS deliveries; unloading and storing in the correct spaces in store.
* Operate the till system, handling financial transactions including returns and exchanges, and handle any escalations from the wider team.
* Always be alert while on the shop floor and follow company security policies and procedures to keep the team and customers safe.

* Proven experience in driving sales and profitability.
