Portman Finance Group have an opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join the team.

Overview
Due to continued rapid expansion of the business, we are adding a Marketing Manager to our team. This role will take multi-channel ownership of campaigns and initiatives designed to drive leads and sales into Portman. You will manage brand, direct and digital marketing campaigns, steering the reputation of the brand across channels.
We are looking for someone who’s comfortable with data and analysis, with sound digital marketing experience, working knowledge of email and social media, copywriting experience and familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite.
Responsibilities
* Take ownership of industry or sector initiatives as directed by the Head of Marketing.
* Produce multichannel campaigns that professionally represent the brand and maximise lead generation.
* Create or implement segmentation, test and learn programmes, carry out campaign analysis.
* Support our business development team with ‘introducer’ material that helps them win new customers.
* Any other marketing duties as required by the business.
Channels
You will be hands-on with:
* PR, emails, social media, press releases, blogs and web pages.
* Data and analytics
* Managing the company’s attendance at exhibitions.
* Basic design work including assets for email, digital advertising and social media.
Skills and experience required
* Circa 10 years of marketing experience in a direct marketing or sales-driven environment.
* Ability to carry out independent research, be customer-focused and produce relevant tailored content.
* Experience with email, producing content, and social media marketing.
* A creative flair for both design and copy.
* Working knowledge of Adobe Creative tools.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to write professional copy.
