They are looking to bring on a Customer Service Advisor on a full time temporary contract support due to a new contract and subsequently an increase in customer orders.

You will:
* Call out to their customers to check on stock levels, maintaining relationships and sensitively dealing with any enquiries
* Maintain accurate records of the calls
* Raise any safeguarding concerns

Skills needed:
* Previous customer service experience
* Confident in dealing with queries and questions
* Able to work under pressure
* Excellent telephone manner
