Field Executive / Service Promotions Executive
SpaMedica is looking for a Field Executive/Service Promotions Executive to join the team in the Gateshead area.
This role covers Gateshead, North Tyneside, Newcastle, North East and surrounding areas. The successful candidate must live in one of these areas.
Key Responsibilities
* Establish, develop and maintain external relationships with new and current referrers.
* Route planning and travelling around your area.
* Promote all aspects of the SpaMedica service.
* Update internal administration system with meeting outcomes and new contacts.
* Act as a first point of contact for new and existing referrers; handle queries and complaints as appropriate.
* Promote and attend events, open evenings and presentations, and assist in coordinating events where required.
* Analyse territories and identify market share potential.
* Adhere to pre‑agreed monthly KPIs.
What You Can Expect
You will be promoting our services, hospital locations, patient benefits, referrals to us, and new developments within the business. You will also assist in coordinating optometrist events and co‑management schemes and be the first point of contact for referrers.
A flexible, self‑motivated individual who enjoys meeting new people, can maintain good relationships with senior and professional members of the ophthalmic community and beyond. You will manage your own diary, meetings and route planning, and update the administration system accordingly.
