We’re hiring for a newly created Internal Technical Sales Coordinator role to work within a respected UK manufacturer of specialist roofing and waterproofing systems. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-moving, innovation-led construction product business focused on high-performance flat roofing solutions.
Location: Nottingham (Office-Based)
Salary: up to £35,000 (Depending on Experience)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Based in their Nottingham office, you'll play a vital role supporting the Regional Technical Manager (RTM) in both sales and customer service—handling enquiries, generating leads, and contributing to business growth in the region. This is a non-travelling, office-based role ideal for someone from the construction or roofing sector looking for a stable and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle a blend of customer interactions: contractors (both new and approved) and architects.
* Support basic technical queries, pricing enquiries, product availability, and CPD bookings.
* Follow up on leads generated by marketing and proactively seek out new opportunities with contractors and architects.
* Assist the RTM in growing the regional pipeline through excellent service and product knowledge.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and quotations using internal systems.
* Support training initiatives and stay up-to-date with product and system developments.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in the construction industry—ideally in roofing or waterproofing.
* Strong organisational skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
* IT savvy—confident using Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
* A team player who’s personable, dependable, and driven to provide excellent service.
* Experience dealing with contractors, merchants, or specifiers is desirable.
