We're Futurlab, the award-winning game studio behind PowerWash Simulator, the Velocity series, Peaky Blinders Mastermind, and many more exciting titles.
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Assistant Producer to help us develop an innovative new IP. You will play a vital role in shaping our team's delivery of exceptional player experiences. This is a hands-on role with significant impact at every development stage.
Key responsibilities include:
* Collaborating with developers to track, prioritize, and resolve daily tasks across disciplines
* Facilitating cross-team communication to ensure timely asset and milestone delivery
* Building and maintaining project schedules with clear dependencies and risk assessments
* Assisting with age rating submissions, QA preparations, and certification materials
* Identifying inefficiencies and potential risks within the team
* Driving sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
* Coordinating and implementing localization efforts
* Tracking external contractors' work
* Engaging with new content through playtesting
Requirements:
* At least 1 year of experience in the games industry
* Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello), collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Miro), and proficiency in Excel
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong focus on process improvement and risk mitigation
* A passion for games
* Experience with Version Control/Git
* Experience with Unity
* Additional language skills
