Job Title: Deputy Manager- Children's Residential
Location: Morecambe
Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 per year (including sleep night allowance)
Hours: Two days on, four days off (including sleep nights). Rotas provided in advance.

We’re looking for a Deputy Manager to join our dedicated team at a solo children's residential home in Morecambe. This unique service provides therapeutic, one-to-one care for a young person who may find group living difficult. It's a meaningful, rewarding role where your leadership and compassion can change lives.
What You’ll Do:
Support the Registered Manager in day-to-day operations
Lead, mentor and develop a small team of residential care staff
Ensure high-quality, child-centred care and safeguarding
Drive positive outcomes for the young person in your care
Maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations and care standardsWhat We Offer:

2+ years’ experience in a children's residential care home (within the last 5 years)
12+ months in a supervisory or management role in a care setting
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Strong working knowledge of Ofsted, relevant legislation, and Quality Standards
Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills
Full UK driving licence
Right to work in the UK with no restrictions
Must be 21 or over (in line with care regulations)How to Apply:
