As Management Accountant you will be joining a thriving organisation supporting the Accounting and Finance department. Description Prepare and present accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports. Monitor budgets and forecasts, providing insights to support strategic planning. Analyse financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Support the preparation of year-end accounts and liaise with external auditors. Oversee the reconciliation of accounts and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Assist with the implementation of financial systems and process improvements. Provide guidance to junior team members within the accounting and finance department. Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment across the organisation.Profile You will need to possess a solid understanding of accounting principles and will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, including preparation of journals, managing control accounts, and performing regular balance sheet reconciliations AAT, CIMA, ACCA Studier (Not essential) Proven experience in management accounting within the business services industry. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel / Data manipulation Knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping and accounting standards. Experience preparing journals and performing balance sheet reconciliations. Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
