We are looking for an individual to help us to create and build our sales development function within a busy and growing healthcare software business.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for managing our CRM system and generating business to business leads from within the Healthcare sector. You will be responsible for nurturing all prospects and converting to a live opportunity for the sales team to progress. The role requires a close working relationship to be developed with the sales and marketing team to ensure smooth handover and acceptance of leads.
This role is consultative, with soft sales involved — so there’s no commission structure. It’s all about making an impact and helping people in the healthcare sector.
Have excellent telephone etiquette
Have previous CRM (Ideally Hubspot) experience
An excellent brand ambassador
Other duties may be required to be conducted to support the sales and marketing teams such as attendance at demos or conferences and events.
