Overview
Our client is one of the Marine industry top tier clients with a global presence. The European OEM Sales Manager role is a high profile role within the business and as such demands an experienced sales person - Ideally within Marine and with a knowledge of the marine market, however we will also look at applicants from the wider manufacturing/engineering sector and if you have an outside passion for Marine (sail or power) then fantastic!
Responsibilities
* With a UK and European remit, lead and develop key customer relationships, delivering a seamless sales experience and driving growth in line with the company\'s strategic objectives.
* Cover the full product life cycle and account management responsibilities with a heavy emphasis on coordination with internal teams (design, production, logistics, and finance) to ensure projects run smoothly from order through to delivery and customer sign-off, with a number of bespoke briefs that can be complex, challenging and interesting.
* Manage major accounts, develop new business, and ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and profitability.
* Demonstrate a track record in B2B or OEM sales and possess a strong commercial understanding; candidate pool includes experience in marine, wider manufacturing/engineering sectors, or an outside passion for marine activities.
* Operate as a commercially driven professional who enjoys building partnerships and delivering results in a dynamic, technically focused environment.
* Note that any additional European languages would be an added bonus.
* Based on the south coast with extensive travel across Europe.

Qualifications / Requirements
* Proven experience in B2B or OEM sales.
* Strong ability to manage major accounts and coordinate cross-functional teams.
* Commercial acumen with a track record of delivering growth and customer satisfaction.
* Willingness to travel across Europe and operate within a UK/European remit.
