Overview

Business Development Executive - Lurgan

Salary: £28,000 - £29,000 per annum + OTE £32,000
Location: Lurgan
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm, early finish Friday
Employment Type: Permanent

About the Role

Due to continued growth, our client in Lurgan is seeking a Sales Coordinator / Business Development professional to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in sales support or lead generation who is motivated to drive revenue and build long-term client relationships.

You'll be responsible for identifying new leads, generating appointments, supporting customers with quotations, and providing product support in a technical sales environment.


Key Responsibilities

* Generate new leads and sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking
* Arrange and manage appointments for the sales team
* Provide quotations, process orders, and support customers with product information
* Maintain CRM records and manage customer accounts
* Support the delivery of sales targets and revenue growth
* Collaborate with colleagues across sales and production to ensure excellent customer service


Essential Criteria

* Minimum of 3 years\' experience in a similar sales coordination or business development role
* GCSE English and Maths (Grade C or above)
* Customer service and sales support experience
* Strong telephony, written, and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems
* Proven track record of outbound calling and email prospecting


Desirable Criteria

* Previous experience in manufacturing or product sales
* Technical product knowledge (training will be provided)
