Pay: £24.00-£43.50 per hour

Main Responsibilities:
* Provide care in various clinical settings as needed.
* Assess and monitor patient health statuses.
* Design and implement personalized care plans.
* Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
* Collaborate with healthcare teams for coordinated care delivery.
* Educate patients/families on health and wellness.
* Maintain accurate patient documentation and comply with regulations.
* Champion health and safety standards within clinical practice.
* Work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements
* Valid NMC Pin and requisite nursing qualifications.
* Demonstrated nursing experience in the UK healthcare system.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to challenging situations.
* Commitment to ethical nursing practices and patient-centered care.
