Who You Are As a Senior Practitioner, you are a dedicated professional who is registered with Social Work England and hold a Social Work qualification. You come with at least 3 years of post-qualified experience in Adult Social Care and have experience in line management and supervision. Your expertise includes undertaking person-centered, asset-based, outcome-focused assessment, care management, and review. You will manage a small caseload and work as part of the locality management team, supporting performance and leading practice. You will engage with diverse customer groups, including those with mental health needs, learning and physical disabilities, frailty, and Safeguarding concerns.
