This is a vital role in helping to ensure the emotional wellbeing, behaviour, and personal development of students across Key Stages 3 and 4. Role Overview:
* Full-time Pastoral Support Worker
* Start date: 11th September 2025, or as soon as possible
* Work closely with students, families, and staff to promote positive behaviour, attendance, and emotional wellbeing
* Provide one-to-one mentoring and small group support to students experiencing barriers to learning
* Contribute to safeguarding, behaviour management, and the school's wider pastoral care strategies
* Liaise regularly with the safeguarding and SEN teams, as well as external agencies where appropriate
