OpenText Reading, United Kingdom is seeking a Lead Consultant EIM Solutions to advise customers on the design, implementation, and migration of OpenText solutions (including cloud and containerized technology). This role supports enterprise customers with architecture and migration to the cloud. Remote work is possible in the UK, and you must be based in the UK.
Responsibilities
* Advise customers on the design, implementation, and migration of OpenText solutions (including hyperscaler and cloud implementations on containerized technology).
* Conduct detailed requirement analyses, examining business processes to identify suitable EIM solutions.
* Create solution concepts and technical documentation, including infrastructure and implementation plans.
* Support with presales, technical escalations, and alignments with customers.
* Work closely with project and practice teams.
* Advise customers on best practices.
What You Need To Succeed
* Several years of professional experience in ECM systems (or ERP or CRM).
* Proficiency in software development, e.g., ABAP, .NET, web technologies.
* Familiarity with IT architecture, client/server systems, cloud technologies, and databases.
* Beneficial knowledge of OpenText products (e.g., Extended ECM, Archive Center) and SAP technologies (ECC, HANA, SuccessFactors).
* Project experience within cloud environments and knowledge of containerization.
* Good communication skills in English.
