Operations Support

Worthing, West Sussex - hybrid

Full time, Permanent

£26.260 per year plus various company benefits





Step into a fastpaced role where no two days are the same.

As part of our Operations Support Team, you'll be the goto person who helps keep our Field Team running smoothly, coordinating daily activity, solving problems as they come up, and making sure everything behind the scenes is organised, accurate, and on track.



From handling queries and arranging travel, to supporting clinic schedules, checking timesheets, and keeping essential processes moving, you'll play a key role in ensuring our clinics run efficiently and our teams feel supported. This is a role for someone who's proactive, organised, confident working independently, and enjoys being at the heart of operational delivery.

Responsibilities



In this role, you'll help keep our operations running smoothly by supporting our Field Team, coordinating day to day activities, and making sure everything is organised and up to date. Typical responsibilities include:



Operational Support

* Respond to queries and support requests raised by the Field Team through our business systems.
* Provide friendly and efficient support via phone and online chat.
* Manage and prioritise your daily workload to keep things moving smoothly.
* Investigate and resolve queries, working with other teams when needed.

Travel & Scheduling

* Arrange hotel bookings and travel for Field Team members while keeping costs on track.
* Assist with rota updates, schedule changes, and general staffing coordination.

Team & Clinic Coordination

* Work alongside the results team to follow up on outstanding Biometrics and ECG results, ensuring everything is completed accurately.
* Communicate with team members to help clinics run efficiently and on time.

Administration & Compliance

* Check and process timesheets and expenses to ensure they are completed correctly.
* Support managers by taking clear and confidential notes during formal meetings.
* Keep your knowledge of company procedures and industry regulations up to date.

What we need you to have



* Excellent planning and organisation
* Prior experience using Microsoft Office Applications - Excel in particular, and strong computer literac
* Strong communication with the ability to provide clear and concise feedback
* Be a natural conversationalist
* Be able to communicate confidently both over the phone and in person#
* The ability to work in pressurised situations
* Be responsible by nature, and be able to take accountability for your actions
* Extensive customer service experience#
* Comfortable working to own initiative
* Strong eye for detail, with the ability to notice the small things/trends/patterns
