Job Description Quality Engineer Full time Washington (fully site-based role) What you will be doing: An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a skilled Quality Engineer to join the Compression Systems business unit in Washington. Based in Washington you will provide professional technical support to the business in order to achieve effective operational control, compliance and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: You will develop and maintain operating procedures/instructions, including links to associated systems. You will also: Develop and implement additional control requirements when these differ from the established management system. Undertake internal/supplier Quality audits and support external audits imposed on the organisation as directed. Undertake assessments to drive continuous improvement activities, including coaching/training of others. Assist in the collation of information to support management reviews. Undertake capability studies relating to processes, methods, equipment measurement systems, etc. Maintain the integrity of data held within IT support systems (e.g. SAP).
