What will I be doing as a Business Support Coordinator?
* This position is pivotal in supporting our existing Municipal contracts for our in-cab technology solution. You will act as a stable platform between the Municipal contracts/clients and suppliers to ensure all fixes, development, and testing are carried out to a high standard.
* The Business Support Coordinator will assist on various projects related to In-cab technology and may take a lead on some. This involves ensuring all implementation activities meet the specified requirements.
* Developing and documenting bespoke training materials will be required, with the expectation that you will deliver training to various stakeholders within the business, from manual operatives to Contract Managers.
* You will ensure operational functionality and understanding of our systems run smoothly in a live environment.
* Collaborate with colleagues in Business Operations to provide expertise on processes and applications for daily operations.
* Troubleshoot operational problems and find solutions to maintain high-quality service delivery.

* Customer-facing skills via phone and email, with the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels.
* Strong leadership skills, including coaching and training abilities.
* Good process management skills.
* Strong team working skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
* Skills in influencing methods and techniques, especially related to change management.
* Experience in testing and implementing software in controlled environments.
* Proficiency in Microsoft applications for reporting and project planning.
* Ability to build relationships internally and externally for problem-solving.
* Understanding of key success factors in software/technology implementation.
* Knowledge of waste management legislation and its implications for Suez’s core applications.
* Understanding of compliance when training users on new technology/software.
* Experience working with customers and stakeholders to improve efficiencies and deliver savings, managing expectations, and maximizing loyalty and profit.
* Open communication skills and experience engaging with employees to ensure successful training and implementation.
