Job Bridge Global is searching for a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Managers to oversee our client's wind farm construction projects in Ireland. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. You will lead project teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure that all aspects of the project are completed to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
* Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
* Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed to keep the project on track.
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards at all times.
* Conduct regular site inspections to assess project status and identify potential issues early on.
* Prepare and manage project documentation, including reports, contracts, and change orders.
* Facilitate communication and collaboration between project stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned.
* Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure profitability.
* Lead project meetings and provide updates to clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
* Assist in the development and implementation of project policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of project management principles and construction industry best practices.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience with budgeting, cost management, and financial reporting.
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
* Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
* Proficient in project management software and tools.
* Relevant certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP) are preferred.
