Position Details:
* Part-Time, Permanent
* Working: 14 hours/week, flexible schedule - 2 days (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday)
* Territories: Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham, Derby, Shrewsbury, Warwick, and surrounding areas
Role Overview:
Support the Regional Field Manager in our Sampling team, ensuring consistent delivery and fostering a culture of coaching and development.
Responsibilities include:
* Welcoming and training new and existing staff
* Building relationships with store managers and colleagues
* Leading the team, motivating for performance
* Embedding company standards and best practices
* Ensuring activities meet the briefed standards
* Promoting our people promise principles daily
Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience in team training and development
* Hands-on approach in the field
* Customer service experience
* Strong work ethic and performance development passion
* Positive, proactive attitude with problem-solving skills
* Attention to quality and standards
