We are looking for experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated team, supporting children across all primary key stages (EYFS, KS1 & KS2). This is a rewarding opportunity for people with a genuine passion for helping children with special educational needs to flourish both academically and emotionally.

The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK. The successful candidate will be:
* Supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs
* Working closely with class teachers, SENCO and wider staff
* Providing targeted interventions and 1:1 or small-group support
* Helping to create an inclusive, engaging classroom environment
* Promoting independence, confidence and emotional wellbeing
* Forge positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents. Have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to develop excellent professional relationships with children, staff and parents.
* Understand that, like adults, all children are different and therefore have individual needs and every child has the right to succeed to the best of their ability.
* Identify and enact ways to support all children, particularly children with social and emotional needs,
* Demonstrate a shared commitment to raising standards in all that we do.
* Be open minded and committed to continually improve their practice.
* Be an enthusiastic team player with the ability to also work individually using their own initiative.
