Position: They are currently seeking a proactive and organized individual to fill the role of Office Manager / Marketing Coordinator. This position plays a vital role in managing office operations while also assisting with marketing efforts to promote our products and services. Key Responsibilities: Office Management: Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning. Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and correspondence. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers as needed. Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory. Marketing Coordination: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our products and services. Coordinate marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising. Create and update marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and website content. Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns. Customer Relations: Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining positive relationships with clients. Requirements: Proven experience in office management or administrative roles. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with marketing principles and practices is preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
