4. NQ Court of Protection solicitor
5. Strong communication and client care skills
6. Self-motivated and collaborative, with a commitment to continuous development
7. Comfortable running your own caseload or ready to step up to do so with support
8. Open to candidates from a variety of firm backgrounds
