We're looking for a Senior Tenancy Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of properties, ensuring compliance, profitability, and outstanding client service.
What you'll be doing
No two days are the same, but the tasks below offer a glimpse of what to expect. If you don't meet every point but believe you have the skills to succeed, we encourage you to apply.
Overseeing the entire tenancy process, you'll gather tenant references, negotiate and produce contracts and handle checkout bookings. You'll also process move-out reports, deposits, invoices, payments and paperwork.
Ensuring properties comply with all safety regulations, you'll organise inspections and arrange any necessary improvement works.
Oversee reactive and proactive maintenance during tenancies; communicate with landlords and tenants and process contractor invoices for payment.
You will manage, monitor and assess inventories, and post-move-in records, update the CRM database and handle all aspects of TDS disputes and Nil Deposit claims.
The role will be based at the head office in Birmingham city centre, working 9 am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday.
What you need to succeed
You will have experience in the property sector and will proactively strive to meet clients' needs.
You will have excellent communication skills and have the drive to establish excellent rapport with our clients & customers.
You will hold a completed ARLA or equivalent qualification.

Are you a well-presented professional with fantastic written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively use MS packages as well as a range of internal systems?
Experience in Estate & Housing Association would be advantagous.
