Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver age‑appropriate activities and curriculum, ensuring safe, inclusive learning environments.
* Lead and develop a high‑performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
* Serve as Key Person, managing holistic development and personal care of children in the room, and communicate progress to parents.
* Maintain health and safety standards, ensuring a clean, secure environment.
Ideal Candidate
* Level 3 qualification or higher in early years education.
* Experience supervising in an early years setting, ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Manager, or Practitioner.
* Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
* Passion for child development and building positive relationships with families.
