The Opportunity
We’re supporting a respected, forward‑thinking insurance broker in the Bristol area as they continue to expand their commercial division. You’ll inherit a warm, loyal portfolio of mid‑market clients while also having the freedom to develop new business in sectors that genuinely interest you.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing and developing a portfolio of commercial clients across a range of industries
* Providing expert advice on tailored insurance solutions, ensuring exceptional service at every touchpoint
* Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and generate new business through referrals, networking, and market insight
* Working closely with broking and placement teams to deliver high‑quality, competitive insurance programmes
* Building long‑term relationships based on trust, expertise, and commercial understanding
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Commercial Account Executive or similar client‑facing role within insurance
* Strong technical knowledge across core commercial lines (Property, Liability, Fleet, PI, etc.)
* A consultative, relationship‑led approach — someone who genuinely enjoys partnering with clients
* Confidence in developing new business and spotting growth opportunities
* Cert CII or working towards (support available)
