Key Responsibilities
12. Develop and manage a robust client portfolio in the construction fit out sector

16. Contribute to the agency's continued growth and success
Ideal Candidate Profile
17. Minimum of 2-3 years' recruitment experience in construction or related sectors
18. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
19. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
20. Strong sales and networking capabilities
21. Demonstrable success in new business development
