Assisting in the creation of seasonal, innovative menus. Mentoring and guiding junior kitchen team members. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety. Collaborating with the kitchen team to manage stock and minimise waste. What We’re Looking For Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar in a reputable hotel or restaurant. Culinary qualifications (or equivalent practical experience). Passion for creating outstanding dishes with a strong knowledge of diverse cooking techniques. A positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen. Excellent communication and attention to detail.
