Fulbridge Social Care is recruiting experienced and trainee Residential Youth Workers to join our casual team in children’s residential homes and Independent Living settings. We seek flexible, reliable, and interactive individuals eager to work in a specialist environment where full training and qualifications are provided.
The role involves providing security, guidance, interaction, and support to young people aged 11 to 18, who are in care for various reasons and have diverse needs and behaviors. The goal is to create an environment that supports their intellectual, spiritual, social, and emotional development.
You will work with young people to support daily activities such as meal preparation, cleaning, education, and shopping. Interaction with professionals like social workers, probation officers, and police is also required, along with supporting young people in environments like classrooms, courts, and police stations.
A valid driving license is essential, as you will need to drive the unit car to transport young people to destinations such as family contacts, school, and social activities.
