Job Purpose
To handle sales inquiries both internally and externally via email and phone, respond to customer queries professionally and promptly, and collaborate with the Logistics Coordinator to meet customer requirements.
Hours
7am-5pm Monday-Friday and Saturdays (currently 1 in 78) 8am-12pm.
Responsibilities
* Engage with customers via phone and email regarding sales inquiries.
* Handle invoicing-related customer inquiries.
* Manage the division’s email inbox to address inquiries and queries.
* Work towards and achieve targeted KPIs.
* Assist with market research and commercial decision-making.
* Advise customers on construction materials and site removals.
* Quote rates and vehicle availabilities confidently.
* Create customer sales on the digital platform, including all relevant details.
* Generate proforma invoices for payments by transfer.
* Process credit card payments from non-account customers.
* Coordinate with external bodies regarding material reports.
* Communicate professionally with team members.
