What you'll be doing in Owned Brands Design Management
Responsibilities
* Leading the creative direction, visual identity, and design execution for a portfolio of owned brands across multiple channels
* Developing and overseeing brand guidelines to ensure consistency, innovation, and market relevance
* Collaborating with marketing, product, content, and external partners for cohesive brand campaigns
* Managing a team of designers, nurturing their growth and fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration
* Guiding the design process from concept to final delivery, ensuring excellent quality and alignment with audience needs
* Keeping abreast of design trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to inspire fresh ideas and inform strategy
* Championing sustainable and accessible design practices to elevate user experience and support our brand values
* Reviewing and approving creative work to maintain high standards and distinctive brand positioning

Qualifications

* Expertise in brand creation, visual storytelling, and multi-channel campaign design
* Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and contemporary design tools
* Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop creative teams
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to new challenges and evolving markets
* Experience in retail or FMCG brand environments is an advantage
