Hospitality Manager
Central London | 5 days out of 7
What you’ll be doing
* Leading, coaching and developing a front-of-house hospitality team
* Delivering exceptional guest experiences across hospitality and events
* Managing daily operations, staffing, rotas and service standards
* Ensuring health & safety, food safety and company standards are met at all times
* Working closely with clients and stakeholders to exceed expectations
* Driving commercial performance, controlling costs and maximising opportunities
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience as a Hospitality Manager or in a similar leadership role
* Strong people management and communication skills
* A passion for customer service and high standards
* Confident in managing busy services and events
* Commercially aware with good organisational skills
* Flexible to work 5 days out of 7, including some evenings and weekends
