Specific Duties of this post:
1. Conduct developmental assessments across all paediatric age groups, including assessments for autism (such as objective assessments like ADOS) and management of neurodevelopmental conditions.
2. Participate in teaching, training, and research activities. The organization is committed to staff development and service improvement, working collaboratively with local authorities to meet patient needs.
3. Engage in departmental teaching and support the development of middle-grade trainees. Participation in peer review, service improvement, and clinical governance is encouraged.
4. Access training opportunities and support as part of appraisal, re-validation, and personal development plans.
5. Encourage and facilitate involvement in audit and research through the established Audit and R&D departments.
