Position Role: Support Armed Forces Recruiting (AFR) development and delivery of the future tS Recruitment Operating Model (ROM), including oversight of the cutover for officer and soldier candidates. Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Liaison for tS Officer & Soldier Recruiting Pipeline. Army’s lead day-to-day link with AFR, MSHQ, and sS counterparts, ensuring coherence of tS officer and soldier recruiting pipeline model and standards. 2. Army Cutover Oversight. Enable and support successful cutover of the in-flight candidates from the current RPP operation to AFR’s operation. 3. Support AFR ROM development & Delivery. The Army focal point for support to AFR’s development and delivery of officers and soldiers recruiting pipeline. 4. Modernisation of Non-traditional Entry (NTE) Routes. Provide Army oversight and support to the AFR and Team Serco review of Non-traditional Entry recruiting pathways, identifying opportunities to modernise access routes and integrate into the tS assessment framework. 5. Delivering Change. Support AH Recruiting Transition and Hd Recruiting on benefits realisation, delivery of communications to the current recruiting workforce and enabling organisational change. 6. Cross-Defence Stakeholder Engagement. Build and maintain effective relationships across the Army, AFR, MSHQ, Defence HR, and other Services to ensure coherent delivery of officer and soldier recruiting transformation and recruiting transition objectives. 7. Senior-Level Influence and Briefing. Provide authoritative updates and recommendations on AFR officer and soldier recruiting coherence to 1*, 2*, and 3* audiences, influencing strategic decisions across Army Recruiting and wider Defence. Domestic Considerations. Hybrid working fully support, with expectation of 3 days working in Upavon and occasional travel to Andover or Bristol required.
