The job itself
In addition to the salary, this role attracts enhanced payments, which include:
1. Time and a half for all weekend hours.
2. Time and a third for weekdays hours worked between 20.00 and 23.00 (late shifts end at 23.00).

The senior care assistants play a vital role in leading a shift and ensuring residents are supported to live their best possible lives.
Are you an experienced care assistant / worker looking for a new challenge and progressing your career in adult social care? Or are you an existing senior care assistant / worker looking for a new challenge? If so, we have an opportunity that will take you to the next step on your career ladder.
Your wealth of knowledge and experience to support and lead a shift team in delivering high quality care and support that enables residents to achieve the best quality of life. You will work on a 4 x week rolling rota shift pattern to include 2 out of 4 weekend working.
2 x 24 Hour Permanent
