Overall Job Purpose:
To carry out the Senior Operative role, delivering the required output and standards to the business and training on specific line skill requirements.

Key Responsibilities
•Work safely at all times.
•Keep your work area to the required GMP standard
•Ensure production targets are met for output, changeovers, hygiene, giveaway etc.
•Carry out specific trained tasks changeovers, allergen cleans etc.
•Raise any issues immediately to Co-ordinator or Shift Manager.
42hrs average over a 2 week period – 12hr shifts. Must be able to work every 2nd weekend.
6am/6pm
£13.05ph and £19.76ph overtime
75 mins break which are ALL PAID
Long term work and could become permanent for the right candidates
