Are you a Contract Manager or Quantity Surveyor ready to step up into a commercial role where youll run an entire branch? Our client, one of the UKs largest privately-owned property services contractors, is seeking a Branch Manager Projects and Planned Works to take full responsibility for their North West operations.

Based in Warrington, this role gives you the opportunity to lead every aspect of branch activity from HR, Health & Safety, sales, and client relationships through to bidding, tendering, and the delivery of both projects and planned works.

The Role Branch Manager (Projects and Planned Works, North West) As Branch Manager Projects and Planned Works, you will: Take full responsibility for branch performance and leadership across all departments.

Lead, motivate, and manage operational, commercial, and support teams.

Oversee HR functions including recruitment, training, and performance management.

Drive bidding and tendering activity, ensuring competitive and compliant submissions.

Lead sales and business development to grow client accounts and secure new work.

Manage branch P&L, budgets, invoicing, and forecasting.

Ensure Health & Safety compliance, building a strong safety culture across all operations.

Monitor and report on performance through audits, KPIs, and regular reviews.

About You 35 years experience in a senior management role within construction, property services, or planned works.

Proven ability to oversee all aspects of branch operations .

Strong financial and commercial management experience (P&L, forecasting, budgets).

Background in HR, Health & Safety, sales, and business growth.

Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

Relevant professional qualifications (e.g.

CSCS, CMI L5 Management & Leadership, or equivalent).

Full UK Driving Licence.
