What you'll do:
* Provide one-to-one or small group support for pupils with a range of special educational needs.
* Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs and encourage independence.
* Support pupils in developing communication, social, and emotional skills.
* Work closely with the class teachers and SENCOs to implement personalised support plans.
* Promote inclusion and ensure every child has access to a positive learning experience.
What you'll bring:
* Patience, empathy, and resilience.
* A positive and nurturing approach to supporting children.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team but also show initiative.
* Ideally has experience working with children with SEN (though training will be provided).
