The Business/Retail Project Manager will oversee key projects within the business, with a focus on retail – liaising with our key retail partners from Project Management to our Interior Designers. This role ensures smooth daily operations, efficient workflow, and timely completion of project management tasks internally, allowing the Business Managers to focus on their strategic priorities. They should act as a bridge between cross functional teams and external partners, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within the business goals.

* Ensuring strategic projects and store rollouts, system implementations and expansion programs succeed and deliver measurable business value
* Reports to Business Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Planning & Coordination
* Assist in planning and executing of projects
* Ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
* Tracking action points and setting key deadlines
* Ensuring a pro-active and forward thinking approach is upheld.
* Ensure alignment between teams and project goals.
* Administrative Support & Stakeholder Coordination
* Admin support & email flows.
* Assist with presentations and organisation of key documentation.
* Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and supporting documentation with clear action points and approvals required for the Varley team
* Liaising with external key partners and 3rd parties
Operations Support:
* Help streamline processes and improve workflow efficiency with the BM's.
* Liaise between departments and ensuring communication across teams.
* Maintain internal systems, databases are kept up to date – Notion, Trello, Key Contacts, PM tracking updates.
* Assist with ad hoc business initiatives and special projects as required.
* Risks & issues Management Identifying risks early – delays, cost overruns, compliance
* Facilitating decision-making by presenting key information and options clearly to BMs
Cost control:
* Review contractor quotes, supplier invoices and change orders ahead of approval with BM's
* Looking at cost efficiencies and optimisations
* Working with Finance Team and Business Managers to track costs are accurate ahead of invoice payments
* Continuous Improvement
* Help to Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.
* Capture learnings to refine rollout playbooks & aftercare checklists
