Location: Strood, Kent
Hours: 45 hours per week (MondayFriday 8:00am5:30pm + 1 Saturday morning per month)
Salary: £31,000 £33,000

About the Role
Were looking for a highly organised Service Co-ordinator to join a busy commercial vehicle service operation in Strood. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where youll act as the key link between the workshop and customers, ensuring smooth service delivery and excellent communication throughout.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries
* Book services and schedule workshop jobs
* Create and manage job cards, ensuring accuracy
* Liaise closely with workshop control and technicians
* Provide regular updates to customers on vehicle progress
* Verify completed work and manage rebooking of missed or recall appointments
* Authorise breakdowns and support urgent requests
* Maintain accurate records and support priority customer accounts
* General service administration duties
