Overall Purpose of the Role:
The Facilities Coordinator will oversee all building-related activities for all UK Group sites. They will be responsible for ensuring the facilities are safe, compliant and fully operational. The ideal candidate will be multi-skilled who can balance facility maintenance with good people skills.
The Facilities Coordinator will ensure the effective and efficient management of compliant UK Group infrastructure assets and services to support UK Group operational capability delivery for all hard and soft services.
Principal Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the effective and efficient management of compliant UK Group infrastructure assets and services to support UK Group operational capability delivery.
2. To always promote the Company safety culture
3. Ensure the safety and well-being of all stakeholders within the Company
4. Ensure all facilities, including all equipment in the facilities, are maintained in top operating condition
5. Ensure delivery of facilities services to UK group sites to agreed scope, budget and agreed service levels and to optimise service delivery solutions.
6. Work with Legal to negotiate, maintain and track facility leases and utilities
7. Fiscally responsible project management
