Job Overview
In this role, you will act as a senior Business Analyst helping to design and deliver end-to-end business journeys and process maps across a complex transformation environment. You will be responsible for reviewing and refining business requirements, ensuring they are structured, clear, and aligned to real business needs. You will conduct detailed requirements, impact, gap, and traceability analysis, while translating business needs into quality Agile user stories. You will also facilitate design workshops using design thinking techniques and identify dependencies, risks, and constraints early in the change lifecycle to minimise rework and delivery risk.
You will support critical phases of the change lifecycle, including diagnostics, requirements and analysis, and testing traceability. You will engage with senior stakeholders, including MD-level contacts, across both technical and non-technical teams, navigating a highly complex environment spanning multiple cross-functional teams (including HR Tech and payroll platforms). You will play a key role in ensuring alignment and connectivity across journeys, bringing analytical capability, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management to drive effective and efficient change delivery.
