Your Mission: As the Group Marketing & Communications Manager, you will spearhead the effective delivery of our marketing strategy, continuously developing Fusion’s brands as a community destination for health, wellbeing and fun. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you will lead the identification and analysis of community needs, developing innovative plans and campaigns to attract, engage, and retain our customers and partners. What You'll Do: Establish and manage first-class launch programmes for redeveloped facilities, aligning them with their enhanced market potential. Drive the operational delivery of the marketing strategy through regional, local, and centre-level planning. Support the design process for redeveloping facilities to reflect local community profiles and corporate brand standards. Ensure robust customer, third-party, and client relationship management processes are fully implemented. Lead the PR strategy and outputs to support B2C and B2B activities. Continuously develop our brands, their positioning, and products through community insights, creative enhancements, and optimal channel selection. Set the direction for offline and online marketing aligned with charity and client objectives. Collaborate with the commercial team to deliver innovative community engagement, acquisition, and retention strategies year-round. Partner with the Head of People to establish internal communication tools and channels that promote employee engagement and employer brand. Manage a budget in line with charity objectives, delivering improved efficiency in spending. Ensure high-quality training and rollout of new campaigns through consistent internal communication channels. Maintain comprehensive support policies and procedures. Lead and develop an effective, cohesive marketing team to achieve individual, team, and charity objectives, consistently delivering service excellence to our communities. Experience, Knowledge & Skills: Degree, apprenticeship or equivalent in a relevant field (desirable). Demonstrated track record of elevating customer engagement within a commercial environment. (essential) Extensive experience in planning and delivering marketing and communications campaigns across diverse media. (essential) Proven financial planning skills and effective management of substantial budgets. (essential) Experienced in managing third-party agencies to ensure quality and value. (desirable) Solid understanding of digital marketing, including SEO and social media. (essential) Proven success in executing top-tier customer engagement initiatives. (essential) Leadership experience, with the ability to lead remotely and foster a customer-centric culture. (essential) Exceptional data analysis and evaluation skills. (essential) Adept at translating business strategy into actionable marketing plans. (essential) Proficient in project management, with a history of successful project delivery. (desirable) Outstanding presentation and communication skills. (desirable) Advanced computer skills. (essential) Understanding of customer requirements, product development, and sector trends (desirable). Knowledge of various marketing channels and current trends.(essential) Strong interest in healthy living principles and ideals (desirable).
