Corporate Associate (3-5 PQE)
Location: Southampton (60/40 Hybrid Working)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Benefits
Overview
An opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Associate to join a top-ranked corporate team within a Top 100 law firm. The role offers exposure to high-quality corporate work, including complex and high-value matters for HNW clients, entrepreneurs, and growing businesses.
The Role
You will work on a broad range of corporate matters, including:
* Mergers and acquisitions
* Corporate restructurings and reorganisations
* Shareholder and partnership agreements
* Fundraising and investment matters
* General corporate advisory work
* Domestic and international transactions
You will support senior lawyers on complex matters while also managing your own caseload and leading transactions appropriate to your level of experience.
About You
* 3-5 years' PQE in corporate law
* Strong drafting, technical, and commercial skills
* Experience handling transactional work
* Confident communicator with strong client management ability
* Proactive, organised, and team-oriented approach
* Interest in business development and long-term career progression
